Newspaper Marathi
Marathi is the mother tongue of Maharashtra, and we are dedicated to delivering news in Marathi to the people of the state and Marathi-speaking communities worldwide. Our mission is to provide information about villages, districts, states, the country, and global events through our Marathi newspaper. Following Mahatma Gandhi’s principle of "Go to the villages," we will focus on grassroots journalism, prioritizing village and taluka-level reporters.
As journalism evolves, we aim to ensure that the changing landscape is represented through thoughtful words and meaningful information. Marathi journalism has a rich history, and from traditional printing methods to the modern AI-driven era, we are witnessing this transformation together. With thorough preparation, we are launching this Marathi newspaper.
This publication will feature six dedicated sections, focusing on global, national, state, agricultural, political, youth, and women’s issues. The newspaper will also work towards connecting villages, talukas, districts, and the state. Additionally, we plan to extend this initiative by translating the Marathi content into Hindi and English.
The media house will be led by Gagan Mahotra, a visionary leader with a global reputation in public relations, business, and IT. Sandeep Kale, an experienced editor and director with global connections in journalism, will serve as the Chief Editor. Numerous distinguished editors and journalists from across the state have joined our media group to strengthen this initiative.
